The Mission

You are not selling software; you are selling national security compliance, sovereign data control, and risk hedging. Your targets are CISOs, Central Bank Governors, and Boards of Directors at Tier-1 banking institutes. You will drive GTM strategies from $100k pilot POCs up to multi-million dollar long-term sovereign infrastructure defense contracts.

Ruthless Requirements

  • Proven track record of closing $5M+ B2B Enterprise / Government deals in Cybersecurity or Deep-Tech.
  • Native understanding of regulatory and compliance landscapes (NIST FIPS-203/204, ISO 20022, DORA, PCI-DSS v4).
  • Exceptional ability to navigate complex stakeholder hierarchy in public sectors and central banks.
  • Zero tolerance for discounting. You master the value-anchored sales approach and command C-suite negotiations.

The Mission

Govern and evolve the core VAJRA cryptographic execution engine. You will oversee low-level Rust assemblies, WebAssembly optimizations, and hardware synthesizable (Verilog/VHDL) implementations of NIST standards (ML-KEM-768, ML-DSA-65, FALCON-1024). You are responsible for ensuring that not a single byte of key data ever leaks in RAM or during transmission.

Technical Arsenal

  • Exemplary mastery of Rust (Unsafe auditing, FFI bindings, memory layout control).
  • Deep knowledge of Formal Verification methods (Z3 SMT Solver, AST parsing analysis, F* or Coq proof assistants).
  • Solid experience in hardware logic design (RTL, Verilog/VHDL, synthesizable gates for FPGA/ASIC coprocessors).
  • Understanding of side-channel attacks (power, micro-timing analysis) and constant-time math execution implementation.

The Mission

You will govern the "Ruthless Mode" AI Engine. You will build and optimize ensemble ML models (Isolation Forests, One-Class SVMs, and custom deep neural autoencoders built from scratch) that detect anomalous packets in real-time and trigger multi-pass memory scrubbing without human intervention.

Required Skills
